To support technology businesses and companies locating in the park, Intelliplex will house a Retail Commons area featuring an upscale village design. The Commons will host a variety of stores to assist Intelliplex residents with the necessities of everyday living.

Planned retail and services include: dry cleaners, day care center, deli, coffee shop, banking, insurance, dentistry, restaurants, and hotel.
