Intelliplex offers low cost fiber optic connectivity. IQuest, Indiana's largest Internet provider, provides a complete suite of telephony services including Voice Over Internet Protocol (VIOP) . This gives Intelliplex residents an alternative to high cost, regional telephone carriers.

The Shelby County Fiber Optic Board, a local government agency, owns the fiber optic lines between Intelliplex and the Point of Presence (POP) broadband connection in Indianapolis. This offers a low cost bandwidth connection option as an attractive incentive.  The connection also gives residents the ability to bundle and negotiate with all major telecommunication carriers for the lowest cost services.
